
‘Bliss’ is the word that I choose for how I feel dessert should make you feel when you wrap your mouth around that first forkful. So, it makes perfect sense that I love to share stories, reviews and indulgent recipes inspired by lots of thing that make me go mmmmmmm!
When asked at a corporate training session what I wanted to do if money was no object? My reply was bake and do charity work. But since money is an object I work, bake and donate to charity, with a dream of making this blog a charity fundraiser as well!

I think from what I read of other writers, it is just important to present in a style that people enjoy reading and appeal to your target reader. Whether that means you are writing to an audience of less than 100 ( like me!) or end up with a readership of zillions.
